Cultivation and harvest
Our adventure begins in the lush green landscapes of the world's best coffee growing regions - with organic farming methods and special attention to biodiversity. Each coffee cherry grows in mixed culture alongside cocoa, avocado and banana plants. This is good for the soil and the ecosystem. When the fruits have reached optimal ripeness, they are carefully picked by hand. In this way, we ensure that only the best fruits are processed - for premium quality coffee.
Processing and roasting
After the harvest, the coffee cherries are further processed in a natural way: cleaning in the gentle rain is followed by drying in the warming sun. Through this gentle method, we ensure that delicate flavors and valuable antioxidants are retained in the beans. The coffee beans are then roasted and refined under the watchful eye of our experienced roasters. 90 unique recipes ensure a perfect roasting result - every single time. The optimal balance of temperature and roasting time releases the flavor nuances and aromas that make our coffee so special.
