Our La Natura Lifestyle Rooibos organic tea blend is one of the most digestible and popular types of tea in the world. Its sweet, gently aromatic taste brings a touch of South Africa into your teacup. The South African national drink is somewhat similar to black tea, but unlike it does not contain caffeine. Rooibos itself belongs to the group of legumes and grows largely in South Africa. Anyone who believes that the leaves of the rooibos, as we call it, make tea is wrong. It is the branches of this bush that are processed and begin fermentation due to the warm climate, still unharvested. This not only creates the wonderful aroma in your cup, but also the wonderful reddish-brown color nuances.
